Middle Marketing Cloud Specialist (remote in Brazil)

We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team  remotely across LATAM. 

Requirements:

Must have:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
• 2+ years of experience writing multi-step SQL queries for segmentation
• 2+ years of experience with email coding using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in:
  • data segmentation and targeting
  • email rendering and troubleshooting
• Ability to manage your own time, set expectations with stakeholders, and meet deadlines
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the email marketing / digital marketing space
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Familiarity with other Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, such as:
  • Growth
  • Account Engagement
  • Personalization

Responsibilities:

Email Development

• Code emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
• Ensure all necessary tracking tags are properly embedded
• Perform QA and testing (e.g., Litmus)
• Manage email deployment and sends

Data Queries & Segmentation

• Create SQL queries for:
  • audience segmentation
  • A/B testing
  • campaign sends
  • reporting
• Create and automate query activities

Journey Builder

• Create and update email marketing journeys

Team Collaboration

• Participate in team meetings, including sprint planning
