WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a pivotal member of our Scale segment, you will manage the entire commercial journey. We are looking for a dedicated hunter who thrives on identifying, nurturing, and finalizing new client partnerships.

Success in this position requires a versatile sales expert - an individual capable of architecting intricate, large-scale agreements while maintaining the disciplined momentum necessary for high-velocity, consistent transaction cycles.

You will engage with senior leadership across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to showcase our platform’s unique competitive advantages. By joining our growing and collaborative environment, you will use inventive commercial strategies and a bias for action to ensure reliable revenue milestones.

WHO YOU ARE

• New Business Focused: you thrive on pipeline creation and possess a proactive mindset. You systematically research, prioritize, and engage target accounts to build your own pipeline
• Dual-Motion Capability: you seamlessly manage two distinct motions—building complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals while maintaining a steady cadence of high-velocity, transactional wins
• Complex Deal Architect: you excel at structuring, negotiating, and closing highly complex SaaS deals. You know how to conduct deep discovery, quantify business pain, build compelling financial business cases, and align executive stakeholders around large investments
• Partner & Ecosystem Collaborator: you have a proven track record of leveraging partners (SI, agency, and technology alliances) throughout the sales cycle to uncover opportunities, accelerate buying processes, and co-sell effectively
• Proven SaaS Track Record: you bring 3+ years of field sales experience selling technically integrated SaaS solutions (experience in MarTech, CRM, Marketing Automation, or Analytics is a plus)
• Consultative Communicator: your selling style is grounded in active listening and value-first conversations. You naturally translate complex technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes
• Analytical & Adaptable: you take a data-driven approach to your sales process - testing, refining, and adapting your strategy as market conditions and customer needs evolve
• Stakeholder Mobilizer: you understand modern enterprise buying behavior, effectively building internal champions and guiding key decision-makers through purchasing processes
