Descrição: CLT – Híbrido 2x por semana - São Paulo Disponibilidade para viagens. Habilidades: Standard Profile ADM - Arquiteto Geral Main Skill Senior AI Engineer Lead Required Qualifications Ter trabalhado desenvolvendo softwares por pelo menos 10 anos; Ter desenvolvido propostas técnicas para projetos de desenvolvimento de novas aplicações e/ou AMS (Serviços de Suporte de Aplicações); Ter experiência em apresentações verbais em Inglês para realizar defesa técnica de propostas; Experiente em desenvolvimento de sistemas utilizando os seguintes padrões de arquitetura de software (Client Server, Micro) O objetivo principal desta pessoa é fazer com que a infosys brasil esteja pronta para desenhar e implementar localmente soluções utilizando automation, GenAI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, realizando integrações de serviços utilizando APIs, implementação de modelos preditivos, construção de fluxos de automação. Para isto, essa pessoa precisa ser forte nas seguintes tecnologias: Python, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Machine Learning, APIs, Cloud (quaisquer AWS, AZURE ou GCP). No que tange aos frameworks para desenvolvimento de GenAI ou Agentic based solutions, se a pessoa não tiver experiência prática em ambos (LangChain ou LangGraph), mas tendo ela experiência forte com quaisquer outros GenAI e Agentic OPEN-SOURCE frameworks de mercado, ela poderá rapidamente aprender a utilizar nossas plataformas de desenvolvimento para AI solutions. Main Activities and Responsibilities Elaboração de propostas e apresentações estratégicas; Plano estratégico para desenvolvimento de soluções que incluam AI, com direcionamento de mercado; Conhecer processos e interagir com outras áreas de Tecnologia, bem como de Negócios; Documentar processos de negócios, soluções e artigos de conhecimento; Atuar em equipe multidisciplinar focada em mapear melhorias e solucionar problemas; Experiência em ambientes de alta criticidade e alto volume; Experiência com levantamento de requisitos; Conhecimentos em gestão (Framework Ágil e PMI) Soft Skill (Personal characteristics) Boa comunicação/empatia visando a criação de bons relacionamentos English Level Avançado
