Specialist AI Engineer / Builder (LLM & Healthcare) | Remote Job

We are growing fast, with real operations, active customers, and new partners in the pipeline. We are looking for a builder who wants to help turn our current product into a platform with global scale.

You will work across both execution and strategy: from writing code to helping shape product and technical decisions. This is a role for someone who can propose new models, spot revenue opportunities, and also dig into data manually when needed to make sure the solution is truly accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to help lead the evolution of our AI capabilities.

Today: Execution and Precision

• Refine and optimize models already in production using AWS Bedrock, continuously improving accuracy and performance.
• Validate data, rules, and outputs manually when needed. In healthcare, data quality is non-negotiable.
• Monitor denial patterns and implement fast feedback loops so the system improves continuously.

Tomorrow: Scale and Architecture

• Help evolve our infrastructure into a robust ecosystem using RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Move from a centralized AI solution toward a network of specialized models by context and insurance payer.
• Contribute to fine-tuning proprietary models using our historical data to create a unique competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• Investigative curiosity: You want to understand complex medical billing rules and are motivated to master a difficult domain. Healthcare experience is not required.
• Bias for action: You move fast, take initiative, and understand that speed matters in an early-stage company.
• Hands-on coding ability: Solid practical experience with Python or Go, plus experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• Builder mindset: You enjoy creating robust systems from scratch and care deeply about precision, reliability, and business impact.
