Liderar as operações da planta, com foco significativo em Produção Garantir estabilidade operacional, atuando sobre variações pontuais de produtividade e qualidade Assegurar o abastecimento de materiais para manter a produção contínua Gerenciar custos, produtividade e redução de scrap Garantir OTIF (On Time In Full) e respeito ao mix de produção Liderar e desenvolver um time de 7 gerentes, com diferentes níveis de senioridade Fortalecer a cultura de melhoria contínua, por meio de práticas de Lean Manufacturing e TPM Atuar de forma hands-on, com presença constante no chão de fábrica Assegurar conformidade com Qualidade, Segurança e Meio Ambiente Desenvolver pessoas e estruturar planos de sucessão Interagir com stakeholders globais e realizar reporte internacional em inglês Salário CLT Benefícios: Plano de saúde, plano odontológico, Wellhub, vale alimentação, seguro de vida, carro da empresa, PLR.
