Financial Operation - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Business Support: Partner with Keeta Brazil business teams to assess the financial impact of business activities in accordance with local accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS) and compliance requirements. ● Design and deliver financial solutions to support business growth and commercial decision-making. ● 2. ● Local Accounting: Develop a deep understanding of Brazil''s financial compliance framework. ● Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping of local financial transactions. ● 3. ● Finance Digitalization: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive finance informatization initiatives, including online billing and settlement, automated accounting entries, business-finance data reconciliation, and financial system upgrades. ● 4. ● Process Optimization: Lead process reviews to improve finance operations efficiency and accuracy. ● Identify workflow bottlenecks and redundancies. ● Actively explore and apply AI tools (LLM-assisted solution writing, automated reconciliation, anomaly detection, etc. ●) to enhance finance operational effectiveness. ● 5. ● Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with other finance teams to support business needs and other assigned tasks. ●Job requirements:1. ● Bachelor''s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience; prior experience in accounting operations and financial system integration is preferred. ● 2. ● Background in a public accounting firm (Big 4 or reputable local firm) and/or finance roles at an internet/technology company (in-house). ● Candidates with both backgrounds are strongly preferred. ● 3. ● Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS), local bookkeeping practices, and Brazil''s tax invoice system (NF-e, NFS-e, etc. ●) is a strong plus. ● 4. ● Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work effectively with business stakeholders. ● Excellent analytical and logical thinking; detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with a service mindset. ● 5. ● Able to use both English and Portuguese as daily working languages. ● 6. ● Passionate about AI enthusiastic and curious about how AI can reshape finance workflows. ●Job highlights:- Be part of Keeta''s overseas business journey from day one deeply involved in daily operations and finance system building (including AI initiatives), with full exposure to international finance at scale. ● - A rare and highly rewarding experience in global internet finance, with broad personal development opportunities. ●.
