Site Reliability Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Nossos sistemas são super escaláveis e adaptáveis, perfeitos para negócios de todos os tamanhos. ● Nossa equipe de experts vive e respira o setor financeiro, atualizando nossas soluções constantemente para tornar suas operações mais digitais, melhorar a performance, inovar no atendimento aos clientes e garantir que todas as exigências regulatórias sejam 100% cumpridas. ● Todas as nossas oportunidades são inclusivas e abertas para pessoas com deficiência. ● O DESAFIO: Garantir a disponibilidade, performance e escalabilidade de nossos serviços críticos, com foco em infraestrutura baseada em AWS EC2 (Windows Server e Linux). ● Desenvolver e implementar ferramentas e processos de automação para monitoramento, provisionamento, gestão de configuração e resolução de incidentes. ● Identificar e solucionar gargalos de performance e pontos únicos de falha em nossos sistemas. ● Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e operações para otimizar a arquitetura e infraestrutura de nossos produtos. ● Participar ativamente em análises pós-incidente para identificar causas raízes e implementar medidas preventivas. ● Definir e monitorar SLAs e SLOs para garantir a qualidade dos nossos serviços. ● O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA: Experiência comprovada como Engenheiro(a) de Confiabilidade de Site (SRE) ou função similar. ● Profundo conhecimento e experiência prática com AWS EC2, incluindo: Criação, configuração e gerenciamento de instâncias EC2; Otimização de performance de instâncias EC2; Escalabilidade e alta disponibilidade de instâncias EC2. ● Profundo conhecimento e experiência prática com Windows Server, incluindo: Administração de Windows Server; Active Directory; IIS (Internet Information Services); Powershell scripting. ● Profundo conhecimento e experiência prática com sistemas Linux, incluindo: Administração de servidores Linux (ex: CentOS, Ubuntu); Gerenciamento de pacotes (ex: apt, yum); Shell scripting (Bash); Configuração de serviços (ex: Apache, Nginx). ● Experiência sólida com Jenkins, incluindo: Criação e gerenciamento de pipelines; Integração com diversasferramentas (ex: Git, SonarQube, testes automatizados); Configuração de agentese escalabilidade do Jenkins; Administração do Jenkins e resolução de problemas. ● Experiência com ferramentas de automação e gestão de configuração como: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef. ● Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e alerta como: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch. ● Habilidades de comunicação e colaboração. ● VOCÊ VAI BRILHAR AINDA MAIS SE TIVER: Certificações AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer). ● Experiência com containers (Docker, Kubernetes). ● Conhecimento de bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais. ● Experiência com outras ferramentas de CI/CD além de Jenkins. ● Experiência com Git. ● O QUE OFERECEMOS PARA VOCÊ Vale Refeição/Vale Alimentação (flexível) Assistência Médica .
