Technical Product Manager (Payments)

A Jusfy está em busca de um Technical Product Manager para compor o time! Somos uma startup jurídica que busca constantemente soluções para facilitar a vida dos advogados e advogadas brasileiros. Atuamos na área de tecnologia, desenvolvendo produtos e ferramentas que auxiliam na produtividade diária dos nossos clientes.

O que você vai construir:
- Evoluir e escalar a infraestrutura de pagamentos da Jusfy
- Definir roadmap com Engenharia e Design - com profundidade técnica nas discussões
- Escrever specs, critérios de aceitação e documentação funcional
- Gerenciar integrações com gateways, adquirentes e parceiros do ecossistema
- Acompanhar e agir sobre KPIs: taxa de aprovação, chargeback, latência e uptime
- Garantir conformidade com PCI-DSS, Open Finance e LGPD
O que buscamos:
- Experiência com produto em pagamentos, fintech ou meios de pagamento
- Familiaridade com Pix, PSPs, adquirentes, split e arquiteturas de pagamento
- Capacidade real de ler e discutir docs técnicas e APIs
- Perfil analítico, orientado a resultado e acostumado a operar com autonomia
Diferenciais:
- Open Finance ou regulatórias do Bacen
- Alta escala transacional
- Segurança em pagamentos: tokenização, autenticação, prevenção a fraude
