Education:

Degree in Pedagogy

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience; 2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old); Nursery experience; Classroom management.

Languages:

Proficiency in English

Specific Technical Knowledge: Bilingualism Early Childhood Education

Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology Child Development

Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking Caring Profile Interpersonal Relationships Conflict Management Creativity /n You will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan:

Deliver engaging lessons aligned with

and students’ individual needs Monitor student learning progress and implement strategies to improve engagement and performance Apply differentiated teaching strategies, including support for students with learning challenges Supervise and guide the

Teaching Assistant (TA)

in classroom routines, adaptations, and student support Ensure student safety and well-being throughout all school activities Maintain clear communication with coordination and families regarding student development Prepare lesson plans, student reports, and required academic documentation within deadlines Support classroom organization, student portfolios, and learning environment setup Collaborate with the wider teaching team, sharing relevant student information and best practices Participate in academic meetings, family conferences, and professional development opportunities Follow
