CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Software Contract Management Specialist to lead the end-to-end management of contracts related to software products, connected vehicle services, digital platforms, cloud services, telecommunications, cybersecurity solutions, AI tools, and technology suppliers.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our technology partnerships are commercially optimized, contractually compliant, and strategically aligned with Stellantis' software and connected services roadmap.

The professional will act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Software, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and external vendors, ensuring contracts are structured appropriately, risks are mitigated, and business objectives are achieved.

This role requires a blend of commercial, contractual, operational, and technical understanding to support the rapidly evolving ecosystem of connected and software-defined vehicles.

- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.

- Draft, review, negotiate, and coordinate technology contracts together with Legal and Purchasing teams.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance processes, approval workflows, Delegation of Authority (DoA), cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Serve as the contractual focal point for software and connected services suppliers.

- Support relationship management activities with strategic technology partners.

- Support business case development and financial assessments associated with software contracts.

- Analyze licensing models, subscription structures, consumption-based agreements, SaaS contracts, cloud spending models, royalties, and technology-related commercial frameworks.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields.

- Experience managing technology, software, SaaS, cloud, telecommunications, or digital services contracts.

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
